Why I Love (And Hate) To Run

I started running, voluntarily, about seven years ago. Before that, I saw running the same way I did when I was in junior high and high school…a punishment. I ran plenty on football fields, basketball courts, and baseball fields. There was no need for additional running in my life unless a coach was demanding me to do so.
