Morning routines are overrated.

If you can consistently perform this 17-minute evening routine, you’ll see results much quicker. This routine will prime you for powerful days. Your productivity, presence, and energy will increase.

Unfortunately, most people don’t take the time to set themselves up for waking up ready to go.

Your Evening Routine Is Critical To Your Success

Too many evening routines consistent of:

  • No intention
  • Too much Netflix
  • Staying up too late
  • Scrolling your phone

You don’t have to eliminate Netflix or never look at your phone or become a monk. You just need 17 minutes!

Here’s how step by step:

Step 1: Write Down 3 Wins For The Day (2 Minutes)

It’s always important to measure your success backward.

Write down anything you see as a win for the day. No rules, no judgment. Acknowledge your wins for the day and live in the gain.

Step 2: Remind yourself where you are headed (10 minutes)

Ask yourself some simple questions to guide your next day?

  • Where do I want my life to be in 3 years?
  • Do my habits and routine set me up for this future?
  • What tiny step do I need to make tomorrow to make progress?

Step 3: Write An Intentional To-Do List That Gets You Closer To Your Desired Future (5 minutes)

That 10-minute journaling session should give you the keys to succeeding the following day.

Now you know what you need to do to be intentional about moving your life forward. It’s clear, specific, and to the point. And you still have time for 30 minutes of Netflix!
