  1. Prioritize your health: physical, mental, & spiritual. All the ambition in the world won’t bring much value to your life if you aren’t physically healthy, mentally healthy, or spiritually disconnected. Everything else gets better when we start here.
  2. Avoiding more things you’ll regret. Possibilities are endless in the world today. Protecting yourself against the pitfalls of this is a skill. You can’t expect perfectionism, but you can make a conscious effort to avoid more negatives.
  3. Learning to live with presence. Ever witnessed how present & joyful children experience life? It’s not easy as an adult with all we have going on. But the more moments in life you can find like that, the better.
  4. Focus on what you control. It might seem cliche, but it’s the most liberating mindset you can develop. So much is out of your control. Acknowledging that is the start of more peace of mind.
